Dhea Yulia Maharani, S.H., M.H., CCD., C.Med.
Dhea Yulia Maharani completed her Bachelor of Law education at the National Development University “Veteran” Jakarta and completed his Masters in Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia with a specialization in Intellectual Property Law. Currently Dhea Yulia Maharani pursuing his Doctoral Degree at the Faculty of Law of Borobudur University. Since 2017, Dhea has also been actively pursuing Arbitration & Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Furthermore, Dhea Yulia Maharani has also obtained a license as a Competency Assessor from BNSP. In addition, Dhea Yulia Maharani has also been as a Representative of Republic of Indonesia at the Singapore International Arbitration Center (SIAC) Congress in 2018.

- Assisted Perkumpulan Ahli Professional Kerjasama Pemerintah dan Badan Usaha Indonesia (PAP-KPBU) under SPAM Hulu-Hilir and Hang Nadim Batam International Airport PPP Project with BP Batam;
- Represented PT Kakiatna Indonesia, PT Kakiatna Agro Indonesia, and PT Kakitna Logistik on Industrial Relation Dispute;
- Represented PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Multi Sembada Dana, PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Varia Centralartha, and PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Cahaya Wiraputra on Unlawful (Tort) lawsuit with their Debtor;
- Represented PT Sumber Mataram Makmur on Debt Restructuring with their Sub-Con, PT Mitra Digital Globalindo (Subsidiary Company of PT Raja Besi); and
- Assisted Ririn Dwi Ariyanti during her Divorce Dispute at South Jakarta Religious Court.
