Lingga Nugraha has completed his Bachelor Degree od Law at Sekolah Tinggi Hukum Bandung (STHB) and his Master Degree in law at the Faculty of Law, Gajah Mada University. Lingga Nugraha has also attended several trainings and professional certifications in the field of law. Lingga Nugraha also served as the Standing Committee for Education and Training of the Bandung City Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Head of the Education and Training Division of PERKHAPI, General Secretary of the Bandung Indonesian Cricket Association and Deputy Chair of the West Java KNPI.
